"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Here's the deal. No one ever really comes here but I feel the need to make one of these. I, being Caboose, feel the need to say that this was previously a shared account. See the name "Saucey AND Caboose"? Yeah, well Saucey and I aren't as close as we used to be and she never uses deviantart so I am claiming this account as mine unless she later feels the need to have it then I will happily give it to her.
In short there is no more Saucey. There is only Caboose.
